About TOEIC Bridge™ Test

ETS®, the creator of TOEIC Tests, designed TOEIC Bridge™ Test to measure listening and reading English skills for beginning to lower-intermediate students of English. All around the world companies and government agencies use TOEIC Bridge™ scores for:

   - Building a more successful workforce. Recruiting people with the adequate English skills for their business needs.
   - Time and money saving. Their companies’ resources will not go to inefficient hiring and training.

Requirements for taking the TOEIC Bridge™ :

   - Book your appointment by telephone.
   - Bring 1 official ID, original and a copy.
   - Read carefully the Examinee Handbook.

ID’s we receive as official: Voting License (INE/IFE), Passport, Professional License, or Draft Card.

IMPORTANT: The driver’s license is not considered as an official ID in Mexico.

The TOEIC Bridge™ test is an approximately 90 minutes multiple-choice paper and pencil evaluation, that consists of 100 questions divided into two sections, 60 minutes of which are for answering the test’s questions, and 30 minutes for the filling out of the answer sheet and completing a brief questionnaire about the applicant’s academic and professional records.

Section I: Listening

The applicants will listen to recordings of sentences, questions, short conversations and conferences/short talks in English through an audio CD and must answer 50 questions related to what they hear. The test has three parts:

Section II: Reading

The applicants must read both sentences and texts and then answer 50 questions related to the reading material. The test has two parts:

    - Part 4: 30 questions of incomplete sentences.
    - Part 5: 20 questions of reading comprehension.

Time to complete this section is 35 minutes.

To all the examinees, although the Examinee Handbook states that the driver's license is one of the identifications accepted for taking the TOEIC test , we remind you that, in Mexico, it is not considered as an official identification, therefore the only ones will accept are:
